Hum or draw it — Juddz gets it
Hum a tune and read it back in tonic sol-fa and staff notation — or draw a line and
hear it as music. It listens and works out the notes on your own phone, so it needs
JavaScript. Turn it on in your browser settings and open this page again.
What it does, once it is running:
- Hum a melody and get it back as tonic sol-fa — movable doh, lah-based minor — and as
notation you can print.
- Draw a line on blank paper and hear it: height is pitch, width is time, and every
note is on the scale you picked.
- Play it back with 12 instrument families and drum patterns including amapiano,
afrobeats and gqom.
- Share a drawing as a short video with its own music on it.
- Check your pitch against a tuner.
No account, no upload: the recording never leaves your phone, and it works offline
after the first visit.
